Privacy Policy

When you send an estimate request, we save what you enter: your name, email, phone number if you give one, how you'd like to be contacted, the town, the type of project, an optional budget range and your description of the work.

With each request we also save the time it was sent and a scrambled code made from your internet connection details. The code can't be turned back into your address; we use it only to block repeated automated submissions.

We use your request to reply to you and discuss the work. We don't sell it.

Requests are stored in a private database run by our website hosting provider. It isn't public, and only people who manage this website can see it.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as pages requested and browser type, to run and secure the site.

Links to Google Maps and other outside sites are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.

You can ask us to correct or delete a request you sent. Include your reference number if you have it.
